Posti: Delivery via Posti, either to your home or a parcel locker.
Matkahuolto: Delivery to the nearest Matkahuolto pickup point or home delivery.
Home Delivery: Available for certain products, delivered directly to your home address.
3. Delivery Costs:
Delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and the delivery method chosen.
Delivery is free for orders over 150 euros within Finland.
4. Delivery Restrictions:
We primarily ship within Finland. If you are located outside of Finland, please contact our customer service before ordering to confirm delivery terms.
Certain products, such as large or heavy items, may be restricted to specific regions for delivery.
5. Tracking:
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your package via the website of the selected delivery service.

Return Policy
At Mekry Oy, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, we have clear return terms:

The return policy applies only to unused and resellable products in their original packaging. The product must not be opened, used, or damaged.
